Carnival Cruise Lines offers two distinct packages for older and younger teenagers. The 12- to 14-year-old group, Camp Carnival, features swimming beneath the stars, scavenger hunts, late-night movies, group tours, karaoke and competitive games, while the 15- to 17-year-old group, Club 02, hosts events and activities, including late-night dances, theme parties, reality game shows, outdoor sporting events and more. Many ships have lounges dedicated to both age groups that contain Playstation 2 and/or Xbox.

Breezes Curacao, located in the Southern Caribbean, is a popular locale for family vacations because there are a variety of activities for everyone. For example, the Sea Aquarium is located nearby and provides a dolphin encounter experience. Additionally, teens engage in a wide variety of water sports on the beach, such as diving, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling, water-skiing, pool basketball and volleyball and hobie cat rides. Instructions are available so that hesitant teens can learn and join in.

In addition to a range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, swimming, dodge ball, golfing and rock climbing, Smuggler's Notch, located in the Vermont mountains, offers the Outer Limits Teen Center, a club for teenagers ages 16 and over, where no parents are allowed, and the Teen Alley for 11- to 15-year-olds.
Both clubs have similar features, including Xbox 360, computers equipped with the Internet, karaoke and a free popcorn machine. Although the teen clubs are strictly off-limits for parents, counselors are constantly providing supervision, so adults can relax and know that their children are safe and enjoying themselves.
