Dia:Beacon museum opened 2003 in a former Nabisco factory. The museum features artwork from the 1960s to the present. Be sure to take in the river view from the train. The museum is a five to 10 minute walk from the train station; you may want to look around the mile-long stretch of Main Street, in Beacon, before catching your return train. The street is filled with galleries and cafes, and you can pick up a snack for the 80 minute train ride home.
