Flamenco Holidays

• Flamenco Holidays offers a seven-day, all-inclusive trip with courses in flamenco dance or guitar for all levels in Almodovar del Rio, in the province of Cordoba, Spain. You can discuss your courses with the director of the newly launched Flamenco Centre in Almodovar when you're ready to plan your trip. Along with classes in dance or guitar, you also can take a daily 90-minute class in Spanish for five of the days. The holiday courses can be arranged for groups of any size and any time of the year. However, for groups of at least 10, you can negotiate for a discounted group rate.
  In May, Flamenco Holidays offers a week of courses during the annual Feria celebration in Alhaurin el Grande. You will get 10 hours of flamenco dance or flamenco guitar as well as the chance to perform in a student performance during the festival.

Alpujarras Travel

• You can choose from several week-long workshops throughout the year through Alpujarrasinfo, which specializes in travel in Las Alpujarras, in southern Spain. A less intense tour, flamenco classes are held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and then from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., with afternoons open for relaxing or leisurely exploring the nearby villages and country. A nightly dance practice is held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and one evening is dedicated to a flamenco dance party. Classes are kept small to provide enough personal attention for each student.
