Could you ice skate on Antarctica?

While there are icebergs and sea ice on the coastline, the terrain of Antarctica itself is not really suitable for ice skating. Antarctica also happens to be an entire continent, and is covered by a huge ice sheet that does not make for a conducive surface for ice skating.
