What is the best way to get 9-11 memorial from Staten Island Ferry?

There is no stop for the 9-11 Memorial at the Staten Island Ferry. Depending on the time of year, you will either need to take a ferry to Manhattan's Whitehall terminal or a ferry to Brooklyn's Atlantic Avenue terminal. These terminals are not immediately adjacent to the memorial. You will have to take public transit or a taxi to reach it.
