How do Libya people celebrate Christmas?

Libya, a predominantly Muslim country, does not widely celebrate Christmas. With around 97% of its population identifying as Muslim, the dominant religious observation in Libya is Islamic and the primary religious holidays celebrated are Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

However, there are small Christian communities in Libya, mostly comprising foreign immigrants and expatriates, who do observe Christmas. These communities often gather for religious services and celebrations, such as church masses, Christmas Eve dinners, and gift exchanges.

Due to the relatively small size of the Christian community in Libya and the majority Muslim population, Christmas celebrations in the country are generally low-key and not as widely visible or public as in other predominantly Christian countries.
