Where do most Cameroon people live?

The majority of Cameroon's population lives in the southern and western regions of the country. These areas are home to the country's largest cities, including Douala, Yaoundé, and Bafoussam. The northern regions of Cameroon are more sparsely populated, due in part to the harsh climate and lack of infrastructure.
