How Liberia houses look like?

Traditional Liberian houses:

- Rectangular mud huts with thatched roofs

- Mud walls made of a mixture of clay, sand, and water, reinforced with sticks or bamboo

- Thatched roofs made from dried grass or palm leaves, held in place by bamboo or raffia ropes

- Single-room structures, with no separate rooms for sleeping, cooking, or storage

- A raised platform (veranda) at the front of the house, often used for sitting and socializing

- Small windows, usually without glass, allowing for ventilation and light

Modern Liberian houses:

- Built with cement blocks or bricks, with corrugated metal roofs

- Typically have multiple rooms, including bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom

- Some houses may have air conditioning, modern appliances, and other amenities

- Often surrounded by a fence or wall for security and privacy

- Many modern houses are still influenced by traditional design elements, such as thatched roofs or verandas
