How is the capital of Western Sahara pronounced?

There is no universally recognised capital of Western Sahara. The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), which is recognised by some countries as the legitimate government of Western Sahara, considers El-Aaiún to be the capital, while Morocco, which controls most of the territory, considers Rabat to be the capital of Western Sahara.
