Does the great wall of China surround entire China?

The Great Wall of China does not surround the entire country of China. It is a series of fortifications made of stone, brick, tamped earth, wood, and other materials, generally built along an east-west line across the northern borders of China to protect the Chinese Empire against raids and invasions by various nomadic groups.
