Situated in Lobo, Gerthel Beach is one of Batangas' best beaches. With about 1 km of white sand, the beach extends 200 meters into the ocean before a drop off to much deeper waters occurs. You can get to Gerthel Beach by riding a Jeepney to Lobo proper which is about 37 km from Batangas City, or two and a half hours from Manila.
Situated in San Juan, Mahabang Buhangin Beach is home to vibrant coral life and sweet white sand. About 45 km from Batangas City, San Juan is easily accessible by bus. Once in San Juan, ride a Jeepney to Laiya from which you can walk the remaining kilometer to the beach.San Juan is about two and a half hours from Batangas City.
Situated in Barangay Hugon, Hugon Beach is also in the city of San Juan, Philippines and offers more than one kilometer of white sand and soft-rock ocean floor. Swimmers and visitors wading in the water should be aware of a sudden drop-off located about ten meters from the beach. This beach is a great site for snorkeling. Hugon Beach is about 24 km from San Juan proper and is accessible by boat. The ride takes about three to five hours.
Situated in Nasugbu, Munting Buhangin Beach is settled in a quaint cove and offers a beautiful, white sand beach. Another fine beach located in an adjacent cove in Nasugbu is Natipunan Beach.?
Located in the town of Lian, Matabungkay Beach boasts of two kilometers of white sand facing the China Sea. Swimming, sailing, fishing and diving are great activities to be enjoyed here.
