You can see the molding and finishing process, sample the end product and have access to the visitor's shop to stock up on your favorite Cadbury delights. The tour costs $7.50 for adults and $4 for kids, or you can buy a family package that includes two adults and up to three children for $17.50, as of February 2011.
Bruny Island Berry Farm is located on Bruny Island just south of Hobart. At this farm you can pick your own berries including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and jostberries. If you don't feel like picking the berries yourself, you can buy prepicked berries at the shop or just enjoy the ice cream, jam and pancakes all made with berries from the farm. Real coffee is also available to enjoy while sitting in the picnic areas, or if you are really hungry, you can even enjoy a barbecue on the farm. There are many local birds that can be seen whilst you are walking, and there is a beach nearby that you can visit. A gift shop is also located on site, where you can buy genuine Australian clothes, candles, wine and berry-related gifts. This is a great day out for the whole family.
