Highlands Nordic features Maple Syrup Drop In Tours during the winter months for the entire family. The maple syrup tour features an educational look at the different methods of making maple syrup. Guests of the self-guided maple syrup tour can either use snowshoes or follow a walking path, and they get to tap a tree, collect sap and visit the on-site maple syrup evaporator.
