Inside Out Experience provides outdoor adventure tours in the Canadian Rockies for all ages and skill levels. Tours are available for whitewater rafting, hiking and mountain biking. You can do a combination tour with hiking or riding and rafting, or golf and rafting. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing tours are offered in the winter. Most of Inside Out's tours are on or near the Elbow and Kananaskis rivers, within an hour from Calgary. Inside Out also provides training and certification programs in wilderness first aid and whitewater rescue.

Maligne Rafting Adventures conducts rafting tours in Jasper National Park for all experience levels. Maligne offers paddle trips for beginning rafters through calm waters with small rapids. More experienced rafters can take part in the whitewater rafting tours through unpredictable waters. You can combine your whitewater rafting trip with overnight camping. Relaxing float trips and inflatable kayaking tours are also available.

Hiking tours in the Canadian Rockies are White Mountain Adventures' specialty. Their guided hiking tours range from four to 14 days.
