Narrow Coastal Strips (Isthmus-like Features) in Trinidad

Trinidad’s coastline has several narrow land connections:

• Chaguaramas (northwest peninsula)
• Point Fortin (southwest)
• Cedros (southwest)
• Erin (south)
• La Brea (south, home of Pitch Lake)

Each is linked to the mainland by a thin strip of land.
