Mammee Bay Villas is located on a long stretch of beach in Ocho Rios, known as Mammee Bay Estates and Old Fort Bay. (The two names are interchangeable, as they refer to the same location.) The villas are either located right on the beach, or within a short walk to the beach. It is about a 90 minute drive from the Montego Bay airport, which is the easiest airport to fly into when visiting Mammee Bay Villas. The resort is also located within five minutes of Love Falls, Dunns River Falls and Dolphin Cove.
Mammee Bay Villas range in size from one bedroom to seven bedrooms. The villa known as Jam Villa is the largest, with seven bedrooms, a full kitchen, fitness area, entertainment room, living room, dining room, full kitchen, shared swimming pool, full tennis court and basketball court. The smallest Mammee Bay Villas rentals are known as "Chillin" and feature one bedroom, a full kitchen and one bathroom. There are 28 villa rentals to choose from in total.
All of the villas feature full kitchens with a coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and blender. Every living area in each villa includes a television set, DVD player, CD player, DVD collection, cable TV with satellite channels and DSL broadband Internet access. All villa bedrooms include a television set with satellite access, DVD player, in-room safe and air conditioning. Families are able to take advantage of board games, children's games, port-a-crib, mosquito nets and high chairs. Outdoor amenities include pools, hammocks, beach access, charcoal barbecue, hanging chairs and garden games.
