What government does the international community recognize which on Cyprus?

The Republic of Cyprus is the internationally recognized government that controls the southern two-thirds of the island of Cyprus. It is a member of the United Nations, the European Union, and the Commonwealth of Nations. The northern third of the island is controlled by the self-declared Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, which is recognized only by Turkey.
