The ancient port town of Paphos was once a major trading post and the capital of Cyprus during Roman times. The small town is most often referenced as the place where Aphrodite rose up out of the sea. There is a racing décor that sets the sporting mood of this bar, where you can watch all major sporting events. Try your hand at bingo and trivia on Monday. Wednesday is karaoke night, Tuesdays and Fridays feature live music, and Saturday is devoted to sports. Watch one of their big screen TVs, or sip on beer, wine or a cocktail. There are plenty of games for those more interested in playing like pool, darts, cards and even backgammon. They offer an exotic cocktail menu and healthy food all week starting at 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., then the place turns into a late night club until the party dies down.
