Zurich, though primarily known for its banking power, is an elegant and exciting place to visit. It is Switzerland's largest city and is home to the world's fourth largest stock exchange.
  1. Fraumünster

    • The Fraumünster Abbey dates back to 883. Its most famous draw are the five stained-glass windows created by artist Marc Chagall in 1970.

    Kunsthaus

    • The Kunsthaus is one of the most important art museums in Europe. It is home to works by masters such as Nelkenmeister, Rousseau and Giacometti.

    Café Schober

    • This is one of the most famous cafes in the city, and dates to the 1800s. It is world famous for its hot chocolate.

    Lake Zurich

    • Lake Zurich is a popular place for swimming and sunbathing in the summer. The city gets its drinking water from this lake.

    Uetliberg

    • From the top of the mountain of Uetliberg visitors can take in panoramic views of Zurich and the lake. There are plenty of hiking trails and a hotel at the top.
