What beautiful mountains slopes eastward toward the Baltic Sea and Golf of Bothnia?

There are no mountains in Finland that slope eastward toward the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Bothnia. Finland is a relatively flat country with a few low-lying hills and ridges, but no true mountain ranges.
