The materials for both the foundation, made of stone, and the cabin, made of trees, were collected and assembled right there on the property. Each cabin is unique, as the available materials were always slightly different.
There are several different choices in cabins. Deluxe Cabins come with whirlpool tubs and sleep up to six guests. Family Cabins sleep up to four and have back-porch grills. Cozy Cabins sleep only two and work well for couples on a romantic retreat. ScenicView offers packages including tickets to Rock City Park, Ruby Falls and Incline, the world's steepest passenger railway.

The Blue Cottage Rental is a standalone, quaint cottage on Lookout Mountain. Guests can take in all the area has to offer; attractions that are just minutes away include Ruby Falls, Point Park and Flight Park for hang gliding. The loft sleeps up to three and includes a single swinging bed. Outside amenities include a fireplace, a gas grill and a hot tub, where guests can relax from a long day outdoors. The Blue Cottage is close to rock climbing areas that offer opportunities for climbing, bouldering and rappelling. Nearby water-sport prospects include fishing and kayaking.
