How high above sea level is Northern Europe?

Most of Northern Europe is located at or below sea level. The Netherlands is the lowest country in Europe, with about a third of its land below sea level. The highest point in Northern Europe is Haltiatunturi in Finland, which is 1,324 metres above sea level.
