Where is the single Russian port of Baltic Sea located?

The only Russian port on the Baltic Sea is Baltiysk. The city is located on the Sambia Peninsula, on the southern shore of the Baltic Sea. It is the administrative center of the Baltiysk municipal district of Kaliningrad Oblast.
