Search on Google, Yahoo! or another search engine for the term "Northern Ireland phone book."
Click on the link that reads "White Pages-United Kingdom." This link will direct you to a phone book that is a directory for the Republic of Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Click the link that reads "Residential Name" at the middle of the screen beside business name and international code.
In the box that reads "Surname," type in the last name of the person whose number for which you are looking.
In the box that reads "location," type in the person's address or city.
