Karnataka PUC 2nd Year Result 2009: Likely Archived—Where to Check

The Karnataka 2nd PUC (12th) Result 2009 is no longer on the live results portal. The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) / Department of Pre-University Education typically archives results after 5–7 years.

Where to Try

1. KSEAB Archive: kseab.karnataka.gov.in → "Archived Results" / "Old Results" (if section exists).
2. DPI/PUE Portal: pue.karnataka.gov.in → Results → Previous Years.
3. KarResults (legacy): karresults.nic.in — sometimes holds deep archives.
4. DigiLocker: digilocker.gov.in — if you have Aadhaar linked, 2009 marksheets may be pushed (started 2015, backfilled selectively).
5. School/College: Original marksheet held by institution. Request duplicate (fee ~₹200–500).
6. Board Office: Write to Director, Dept of PUE, 18th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru – 560012. Include: name, reg no, college, year, photo ID. Fee applies.

If You Need It For

• Employment verification: Employer can request board verification directly.
• Higher education: University may accept affidavit + school leaving certificate if board delay.
• Visa/Immigration: Consulates often accept notarized affidavit + school letter for old results.

Don't waste weeks on the website. Go to the school or board office. 2009 is deep archive territory.
