* Completed Mexican Veterinary Certificate issued within 10 days to date of inspection
* Negative Rabies Certificate issued within 10 days to date of inspection;
* puppies under the age of 3-months of age are exempt
* Puppies need to be vaccinated for Rabies only after three months of age
* Dogs three years of age or older must be vaccinated against rabies at least once every three years
* Rabies vaccination must show current date of vaccination to be valid

* Rabies vaccination and certification from a licensed veterinarian
* Proof of a Negative Seriologic (blood) Test for Rabies if not vaccinated in the US
* Must be tested through an approved laboratory
* Must be between 120 days to 30 months from the date of test
* Completed Application for Inspection of Animal Products (AIQ Form 7001)
