New South Wales: A State in Australia, Part of Oceania

New South Wales (NSW) is a state on the southeast coast of Australia. Australia is a country, not a continent; it is part of the continent of Oceania (sometimes called Australasia), which includes Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific islands.

NSW is Australia's most populous state and home to Sydney, the nation's largest city.
