- Enter Penn Station subway (34th St–Penn Station)
- Take downtown A, C, or E train one stop to 34th St–Penn Station (same station, different platform)
- Transfer to 7 train (Flushing line) toward 34th St–Hudson Yards — one stop
- Exit at 34th St–Hudson Yards (terminal station)
- Follow signs to Javits Center (direct underground connection)
Alternative: Take N/Q/R/W from Times Sq–42nd St (walk 2 blocks north from Penn) one stop to 34th St–Hudson Yards.

- Head west on 31st/33rd St to 11th Ave/West Side Highway
