Why is murmansk the onley ice free port in arctic region?

Murmansk is not the only ice-free port in the Arctic region. There are several other ice-free ports in the Arctic, including Arkhangelsk, Dikson, Dudinka, Igarka, Pevek, and Tiksi. These ports are all located in Russia and are kept ice-free by nuclear-powered icebreakers.
