No. Wake Island (19°17′N, 166°39′E) is in the western Pacific, ~2,000 mi west of Hawaii.

The easternmost point of the U.S. (by longitude) is Semisopochnoi Island, Alaska (179°46′E) in the Aleutian Islands—which cross the 180th meridian into the Eastern Hemisphere.

By travel direction (east from mainland), West Quoddy Head, Maine (66°57′W) is the easternmost point in the contiguous 48 states.

Wake Island is actually one of the westernmost U.S. territories (only Guam, CNMI, and Baker/Howland are farther west).
