The beds in the hotel are made from ice, but they feature a mattress with a fur lining. Guests need to sleep in the hotel's arctic sleeping bags and wear wool or fleece clothing to keep warm. The hotel's bathrooms are located outside the rooms in a heated area.
Standard guest rooms at the hotel feature one, two or three queen-sized beds. Some themed suites at the hotel have ice sculptures, a hot tub and a fireplace.
Hotel rooms come with packages, many of which include dinner at the hotel's restaurant, a continental breakfast buffet, a hot-beverage service and use of the hotel's spa and hot tubs.
