Places to Meet Women in Los Angeles

There's no reason not to meet a woman in Los Angeles if you want to, especially when there's almost two million of them living in the city. It got the nickname "City of Angels" because of its Spanish name that translates to "the angels" in English. Whether or not you want an angel of a woman, your daily habits -- including drinking coffee, walking your dog, getting a tan, shopping or listening to music -- can lead you to meet women in the city if you go to the right places.
  1. Stores

    • Los Angeles offers a large number of places to shop. To increase your chances of meeting a woman while shopping, go where there's a large cluster of stores. The Beverly Center is a mall that has approximately 160 boutiques including Macy's, Henri Bendel, Prada, Hugo Boss and Gucci. Another option is the Citadel Outlets, which houses over 100 stores such as American Apparel, GUESS, Nautica, Quiksilver and Nine West.

    Events

    • Los Angeles has a large diversity of women and one place to meet a variety of them in one location is at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Convention Center hosts a multitude of events including The Los Angeles Fitness Expo, California Gift Show and the Los Angeles Art Show. Whatever your hobbies are, the Convention Center likely has events throughout the year that will draw women with similar interests.

    Coffee Shops and Restaurants

    • Los Angeles has more than enough places to grab coffee, but going to a popular place can help increase your chances of meeting women. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has been in operation since 1963 and has dozens of locations located throughout the city so there is likely one already near you. The jazz-themed Down Beat Cafe is a popular location with a good-sized menu and live jazz music on Wednesday nights.

    Beach

    • Los Angeles is sunny more than 150 days of the year, which means plenty of time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and the women. Venice Beach draws a substantial number of visitors because of all the activities in one area. Other than the sand and surf, there's a boardwalk, tennis courts, volleyball courts, bike trail, numerous stores and restaurants and many other places where you can meet women.

    Dog Parks

    • Los Angeles has many women residents that enjoy taking their dogs to the dog park. Take your dog to one of the city's many dog parks and meet a fellow dog lover. One dog park to consider is the Runyon Canyon Off Leash Dog Area, which is a 90-acre area that allows off-leash hiking from sunrise to sunset. Another dog park that is open sunrise to sunset is the 1.6-acre Griffith Dog Park. Unlike Runyon Canyon, the area is fenced in.
