Open a web browser on your computer and search for a time zone converter. You can find a link to the World Clock's time zone converter in the resources section of this article.
Select the date and time from the drop-down menus that you want the use for the time difference calculation. The date and time selected can affect the time difference calculation as not all locations observe day light savings time (DST), and locations that do observe DST may not begin and end DST on the same date.
Select the first country from the drop-down location menu. If a country has more then one time zone, select the city that you want to use for your time zone calculation.
Select the second country you want to use in the calculation from the location drop-down menu.
Click the "Convert time" button. The time zone converter will display the number of hours each country is offset from UTC and the time difference between the two countries. If the local area observes DST, this information is automatically included in the UTC offset calculation and the time difference that is displayed between the locations.
