Visit Lighthouse Beach and look for the hill. Continue up and over it, and then walk until you reach an isolated area where you can doff your clothes.
If you're in Fajardo, visit the red sands of Playa Colora at the northern end. Start at Seven Seas Beach and walk down to the shore. Look for a lighthouse to your right. Turn left and follow the trail near the lagoon. Stay to the right of the trail until you reach the beach.
At Seven Seas, you can also walk past the lighthouse to Verve Beach. Continue until you reach the tip of the beach where you'll see nude sunbathers.
