Is There a U.S. City Named "England"? No.

No city in the United States is named "England."

Why the Confusion?

• New England = region (6 states), not a city
• England, Arkansas — small town (pop. ~2,500) in Lonoke County
• England, Georgia — unincorporated community
• England Air Force Base — former base in Alexandria, LA
• Many places named New London, New Britain, Manchester, Birmingham, Chelsea, Westminster — after English cities
• London — 15+ US towns/cities (Ohio, Kentucky, Texas, Arkansas...)

England = Country

England is one of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom (with Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). It occupies the southern two-thirds of the island of Great Britain.
