• 3, 4, 7 World Trade Center – Office towers completed 2018–2023.
• Oculus / Westfield WTC – Transportation hub & mall (Santiago Calatrava design).
• Liberty Park, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, Performing Arts Center – Additional public spaces.

The 16-acre site balances commemoration, commerce, and transit—a living memorial to the 2,977 lives lost on 9/11.
