Miami-Dade's Congresswoman: Maria Elvira Salazar (As of 2023)

As of January 2023, Maria Elvira Salazar serves as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 27th Congressional District, which encompasses much of Miami-Dade County. A Republican and former journalist, Salazar won the seat in 2020 and was re-elected in 2022. The district includes communities such as Coral Gables, Kendall, and parts of Miami Beach.
