Daredevils and water park enthusiasts will enjoy Somerset's 20-acre water park, SomerSplash. This family-friendly property offers several large slides, including inner-tube-friendly options. Whisk through the water, wending your way down slides in total darkness, or hop on an open slide and watch the blue sky overhead as you soar toward the pool. A man-made river circulates the park, and lounging tubes are available. Specific pools and areas cater to babies, toddlers and preschoolers. More than 30 water attractions are scattered throughout the park, as well as various food cafés.
Cumberland Lake boasts an interesting array of events, shows and activities at different locations throughout the year. Whether you love to stroll or enjoy gazing at artwork, photography, jewelry or pottery, various fairs with local and national artists in attendance offer items for viewing and sale.
