    • Seniors can take different kinds of classes offered by the Chesapeake Parks and Recreation Department and the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center (chesapeakeregional.com). Classes offered by the Parks and Recreation Department include a driving course, couponing for seniors, and painting, dancing, cooking, exercise, and crocheting classes. At the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, activities offered for seniors are classes in aquatic fitness, aerobics, swimming, yoga, driving, tai chi, country line dancing, tennis, and spinning.

    Special Events
