    • If amusement parks are your idea of fun, there are plenty to choose from. The first thing you definitely want to do is research. Most amusement parks have websites so you can go online and check out the attractions. Many amusment parks are owned by the same company, such as Six Flags which owns 19 parks from California to New York. Disney World and Disneyland are also fun filled places to visit if you have a slightly larger budget and plan on spending a few days to see all the attractions and parks.     Beach

    • A day at the beach provides so many fun activities for people of any age. Swimming, snorkeling, volleyball, building sand castles or surfing are just a few fun activities to entertain for hours. Bring along a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella and have a great day. A lot of beaches don't charge for admission; however, you may have to pay for parking.

    Aquarium

    • If aquatic life fascinates you, a trip to the aquarium can be hours of fun. Like amusement parks, many aquariums have websites that can give you information on all the different types of animals they currently have and what exhibits they offer. Many aquariums offer workshops and activities for the little ones so be sure to check the times for those as well. Many aquariums offer shows, one-on-one with the animals and learning sessions.
