Minnesota has a number of fun places to visit for both families and individuals. The Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome is a domed stadium located in downtown Minneapolis. It features a number of sporting events and entertainment for tens of thousands of fans. The most notable events include Minnesota Vikings games, monster truck shows and motorcross as well as concerts.
The Science Museum of Minnesota focuses on the study of technology, physical science, natural history and mathematics. Located on the Mississippi River, it has a strong emphasis on the ecosystem of Minnesota.
Situated on a man-made lake, Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is one of the largest centers of gambling and entertainment in the Midwest. Less than a half hour from Minneapolis-St. Paul, the casino also features a 600-room hotel, convention center, RV park and golf course.
