Open daily for lunch and dinner, Boom is located in the Old Lyme marketplace on Halls Road. In 2009, "Connecticut Magazine" voted Boom's lunch the best in the state. Boom has also gotten a consistently high rating from Zagat. The restaurant's expansive dining room is decorated in a classic New England style, with high ceilings and exposed beams.
Signature entrees include tuna tartare with wasabi aioli, pan-seared salmon with grilled artichoke hearts, and pan-roasted halibut with jasmine rice.

The Old Lyme Inn Grill has been serving lunch and dinner since 1978. The establishment features a 100-year-old oak bar, and a fireplace that heats the intimate dining room each winter. The Grill offers a seasonal menu that changes four times per year, as well as a standard menu with traditional New England favorites like "surf and turf," boiled lobster, and roasted sea bass.
The Old Lyme Inn Grill is open Tuesday through Sunday, and its dining room features local artwork from the town's Cooley Art Gallery.
