D.C. Tours presents the Washington, D.C., After Dark Tour on a daily schedule, and it departs at 7 p.m. from Union Station; the tour does not operate on major U.S holidays. Each tour lasts approximately three hours and you travel from monument to memorial on a coach bus. The monuments scheduled for the tour include the Jefferson, Lincoln, Vietnam Veteran, Korean and FDR memorials; the tour enables you to get off the bus and explore the monuments. From the bus seat, you will see the White House, U.S. Capitol, Kennedy Center, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, House and Senate Office buildings, Federal Triangle, Pennsylvania Avenue, Reflecting Pool, Georgetown and Iwo Jima memorial. For those visitors who are more adventurous, Segs in the City has the Sunset on the Mall Safari in which you ride on a Segway to visit the Washington, D.C., monuments. Starting at 7 p.m. from the Old Post Office on Pennsylvania Avenue, the Segs in the City location, the tour is available from April through October every day.
