Orange County is located approximately 40 miles from Manhattan in New York and is home to approximately 350,000 individuals. The county was one of the first 12 counties settled in New York in 1683 and its first government was established in 1801. Orange County has several attractions for touring including art parks, natural museums and historic housing.
The Museum of Hudson Highlands was founded in 1959 in Cornwall on the Hudson and is a center for nature focusing on environmental education. The museum hosts 30,000 visitors each year with its child and adult focused programs and tours at it's two centers. Kids programs include Discovering Animals, Young Naturalist pre-K program, scout programs and birthday parties.

The Bull Stone House was built in 1722 by Sarah Wells and William Bull who were among the first settlers in Orange County, New York. William Bull was an English mason that came to America in 1715 and he and Sarah Wells in 1718. The house is listed as a museum on the National Register of Historic Places. The Museum is composted of the Bull Stone house and Dutch Barn.

Storm King Art Center is a 500 acre outdoor sculpture museum and park. The center has daily guided tours starting at two pm and has handicap accessible tram tours. The location also features a cafe and bike rental. Featured sculptures date back from 1945 to the present. Storm King Art Center is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 am to five pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
