  1. Concours d'Elegance

    • This is an annual event that happens every September, and it features the cars of Walter P. Chrysler and Alfa-Romero. The event takes place at Carillon Historical Park, and it runs the entire weekend. Concours d'Elegance also displays other classic cars, antique cars and motorcycles. For those participating in the event, there is a drive-around and a visit to a local car museum. Other activities include an automotive art pavilion, exhibitions, entertainment and food and beverage vendors. Proceeds from the event go to support Dayton History, which is the historical organizational for Montgomery County.

    Ed Anderson AMC/RC Regional Meet

    • This annual event takes place at Carillon Historical Park, and it happens on one day in September. The event is sponsored by the Ohio American Motors Classics, and it features all American Motors Club vehicles. Generally, over 300 cars are displayed at the event each year. Forty trophies are given out to winning cars in various categories. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and there is a fee for car registration, but the public simply needs to pay for the regular park admission to view the vehicles.

    Bob Pool Orphan Car Show

    • This annual event is hosted by the Tri-State Chapter Studebaker Drivers Club and the Wright Brothers Region Packard Auto Classics. It features classic cars, buses, motorcycles and trucks. The show also showcases specialty cars from now defunct automakers or vehicles from the Big Three automakers (Ford, General Motors and Chrysler) that are no longer being produced, including Oldsmobile, Corvair, DeSoto, Plymouth and Edsel. The event is open to owners of both American and foreign vehicles. The vehicle registration will take place the morning of the event, and there is a fee to register the cars. The show usually features around 70 cars, and it occurs in September at Carillon Park.
