Walt Disney World in Florida offers villas at seven of its on-property deluxe resort hotels. Options include studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas that sleep up to 12 guests. The villas are equipped with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, living room and in-room laundry facility. Villas can be reserved on a per-night basis through Disney and are also available as a time share purchase through the Disney Vacation Club.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas are located on the fifth and sixth floors of the Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort, near the Animal Kingdom theme park. The African-themed Animal Kingdom Lodge is surrounded by a 38-acre wildlife preserve, offering guests an opportunity to see more than 30 types of animals on property. The Animal Kingdom Villas' two sections, Jambo House and Kidani Village, each offer standard or savanna view villas with optional club level service. The resort offers three table-service restaurants, a food court and several bars.
Disney's Old Key West and Saratoga Springs Resorts are villa-only properties located near the Downtown Disney entertainment complex. The Old Key West Resort features tropical Florida Keys-style decor and views of Disney's Lake Buena Vista golf course. The equestrian-themed Saratoga Springs Resort features a full-service spa and the secluded Tree House Villas, which are perched 10 feet above ground and offer water views. Each resort offers one table-service restaurant, one counter-service restaurant and one lounge or bar.
Disney's BoardWalk area, near Epcot theme park, offers two villa resort options. The New England-style Beach Club Villas, an extension of the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, offers a small beach and a three-acre pool area. The nearby BoardWalk Villas are an extension of the BoardWalk Inn, a historic Atlantic City-themed resort. The BoardWalk Area offers a variety of dining and entertainment options and is within walking distance of Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Two deluxe villa resorts are located near the Magic Kingdom theme park. Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort offers theme park views, a private fireworks viewing deck and a sky bridge to the resort's main lobby, which is home to several restaurants and a monorail station. The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are located in a five-story tower next to the Wilderness Lodge resort. Modeled after some of America's great national park lodges, the resort includes several dining options and an on-site geyser.
