Opened in 2001, Torches on the Hudson offers sweeping views of the Hudson Valley, the waterfront and the Catskill Mountains. The restaurant has an attractive dining room, patio seating just a few feet from the water as well as a large bar, known as \"Aqua Bar,\" with a 6,000-gallon aquarium. Torches is open for lunch and dinner and offers a three-course prix fixe menu with a wide variety of selections including artichoke crusted salmon, mixed grill alambre and shoyu steak.
