Yakima, Washington, is located in Eastern Washington and is southeast of Mount Rainier. The total population for the city is just under 72,000 with an additional 50,000 in the surrounding suburbs. Much of this population is teens, and teenage night clubs are part of the entertainment in the city for this age group.
Glenwood Square near Glenwood Square Mall draws teens every day. But, on certain evenings, the area turns into a giant night club, specifically designed for the youth in the area. On Scene Productions (OSP) books bands from around the country to provide teens in the area some form of entertainment. Then, the company turns Glenwood Square into a huge night club.
OSP has connected with youth fans by having a MySpace page where fans can become part of the "OSP community" and provide input and suggestions.
