For a real scare, check out Insanity, where riders strap into a massive robotic arm that spins and drops riders at speeds of 3 Gs, all while dangling 900 feet up in the air. The ride even tilts 70 degrees at one point, and thrill-seekers find themselves facing straight down. The hotel's Big Shot ride shoots passengers up 160 feet at 45 miles per hour until they are 1,081 feet above the Strip, while the X-Scream teeters 27 feet over the edge of the roof, only to stop in a heart-pounding jolt.
