Las Vegas is an amazing place, full of mystery and wonder. Between the themed hotels, the brilliant lights, the chiming slot machines and the ever-flowing alcohol, it can be easy to lose your head in Sin City. There is no other place in the world that can take you to such different places and time periods all in a matter of minutes. The Las Vegas strip offers trips to Arthur's kingdom, to Ceasar's Rome, to Cleopatra's Egypt and to all types of modern cities, including Paris, New York and Venice.
While walking the strip at night, you're likely to run into some of the hourly shows put on by the hotels, including a pirate fight, a fiery volcano and a stunning water and lights show. It's all of these things that make Vegas such a magical and one-of-a-kind city.

Las Vegas is notorious for tearing down the strip's older hotels and replacing them with state-of-the-art, imaginative fantasy lands. If you've ever wondered what happens to the beautiful neon lights of these casinos, now's your chance to find out. The same company selling most of these lighted signs also has a huge lot of the now deceased signs, and this lot is open to tourists. The boneyard or graveyard, as it is known, features signs from the Stardust, the Golden Nugget and other famed hotels of old. Tours are only available by request so be sure to call ahead of time if you want to see this one-of-a-kind graveyard.

Once upon a time, Fremont Street was the main attraction in Las Vegas. When the hotels on the strip started to take away the tourists from the area, though, the street fell into disrepair and began to be run down. Fortunately, this historic area was brought back to life via a $70 million renovation in 1995. The main improvement was a massive light roof over the entire street that features impressive nightly light shows. When you think you've seen most of the strip, grab a cab and explore this classic side of Vegas.
